Head of the International Department (English language)

We are looking for the experienced and results-driven Head of the International Department to manage the activities of the International Sales and Marketing departments, help us identify new business opportunities and grow our presence internationally.
Responsibilities include:
- - Development of the International sales plans and marketing strategies / materials for RublevFamily products;
- - Active search for new partners and sales development in the English-speaking regions;
- - Mentoring and directing the sales activities of the International Sales managers;
- - Overseeing the International Marketing department to ensure successful launch and/or ongoing promotion of products;
- - Engaging with leadership on the development of programs and activities that will result in increased international exposure and development.
What we expect from you:
- - English language (C1/C2);
- - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in international markets;
- - Successful cases of managing new product launch in international markets;
- - Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- - Efficiency, initiative and perseverance in achieving results, a creative approach to the sales process;
- - Energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
- - Intelligence and the ability to learn quickly.

- - Proficiency in additional languages;
- - Extensive work and/or living experience in a foreign country.
