Our Client Support Department is seeking for a talented International Clients Support Specialist, who will provide our existing clients with relevant information regarding all business processes, consult and help with issues resolution.

Responsibilities include:

• - Support clients at all business stages from the contract conclusion to the operation of the business;
• - Educate clients about additional services and opportunities;
• - Provide internal departments and management with clients’ feedback.

What we expect from you:

• - English language (C1/C2);
• - Customer support or sales related experience in international settings;
• - Desire to move up and grow with the company;

• - Energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
• - Intelligence and the ability to learn quickly.
